At 1:00 P.M. Alice Gustin gave a very informative presentation on the Privacy Act of 1974.

Meeting called to Order at 2:34 P.M. with 34 members and guests present.

The minutes of Jan. 11, 2014 was read. Jacque Schmidt made a motion to accept the minutes as read. Seconded by Gary Shipper and the motion carried.
Correspondence: A letter from the State of Wyoming changing the Sales Tax report from Quarterly to annually, and the Wyoming.com domain bill.
Deb Palmer gave the Treasurers Report. Motion to accept made by Randy Hutchison seconded by Les Armstrong and the motion carried.
Deb Palmer reported her computer is up and running with help from Janiece’s brother (from Denver).
Deb reported that the Bank would not accept electronic transactions on the accounts to indicate an active account. What they needed was a signature once a year.
Randy Huthison reported he located the formula for the grass mixture for claim reclamation.
Kim Raymond said that Super Seeds could probably mix the required seed for us.
The location of the Annual Outing was discussed, Randy Hutchison said he would try to contact the owner of the property on Big Atlantic Gulch to see if we can go there again.
